A special from our green coffee supplier from Peru. A Grade A named Cajamarca - which means "Land of Thorns". Cajamarca is also an important city and region in the Andes in northern Peru.

We roast the beans a little lighter to emphasize the lively aroma of this fruity coffee. Well suited for classic filter preparations. It can also be used in automatic coffee machines to make a mild cappuccino.

As an espresso, it might be of interest to those who like to drink fruity coffee and, as we like to describe it, enjoy a "hot smoothie"...;-)))
